＜使用しているみそについて＞
国産米と国産大豆、を原料とし、添加物不使用の「加賀味噌」大豆よりお米の割合が多く、中甘の12割こうじみそです。「加賀味噌」は大豆、塩、米麹を原料に、通常の味噌とは異なり、独自の酵母菌を加えて長期間熟成することで、他には出せない「うまみ、コク、味、かおり」を生み出しています。
