<How to purchase>

    1. Please choose your favorite product from each page. You can see the product details.

    2. Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. To proceed with your order, please press the "Purchase" button.

    3. On the order procedure screen, enter the delivery address and name, and select the payment method and delivery method.
      Please follow the steps below.

      1.Customer information > 2.Shipping method > 3.Payment method > 4.Completion of order

    4. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your order.
      *Note: If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail, it may be because the e-mail cannot be received or the e-mail has been filtered as spam.

    5. After the payment is completed, we will prepare the product for shipment. Normally, we will ship within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order. We will notify you by e-mail after the shipment is completed.

<About delivery>

・We will deliver by Yamato Transport.
・If you want to specify the delivery date and time, you can specify it after adding the product to the cart.

<Regarding product returns and exchanges>

Please note that our products are food products and cannot be returned or exchanged except for defective products or shipping errors. We take all possible measures for manufacturing and shipping, but in the unlikely event that there is a defective product or a shipping error, we apologize for the inconvenience.
