＜使用しているみそについて＞

四国産のはだか麦と塩を原料とし、添加物不使用の麦みそ。米味噌そと比べて、食物繊維、うまみ成分となるグルタミン酸も多く含まれています。カリウムやビタミンB1、B2は2倍、日本人に不足気味だと言われるカルシウムや鉄にいたっては3倍含まれています。
