黒ごまをトッピングした麦みそに合わせるのは、鮮やかな切り干しにんじんとクコの実。お湯を注ぐと黒ごまがスープ一面に広がり、オレンジと赤の色彩がぐっと引き立ちます。ごまの香ばしさのなかで人参の甘みが際立つ、夜明けのエネルギッシュな景色を彷彿とさせる一杯。

＜使用しているみそについて＞

四国産のはだか麦と塩を原料とし、添加物不使用の麦味噌。米みそと比べて、食物繊維、うまみ成分となるグルタミン酸も多く含まれています。カリウムやビタミンB1、B2は2倍、日本人に不足気味だと言われるカルシウムや鉄にいたっては3倍含まれています。
