 (Spicy miso soup with green bok choy and Shiraki ear)

This moderately spicy Korean-style soup has gochujang blended with rice miso topped with string chili peppers. The soup also has white fungus, a medicinal ingredient, and bokchoy, which has a crunchy texture and subtle sweetness.
